Refund of Payment Received

We Passportsindiagov.com will be held liable for refund of money received, only in case of our inability to render services. Applicant will get money back paid by him/her, only after deduction of payment gateway and service charges of Rs. 300/- INR. No refund will be processed if application is already processed on govt. Site. In case of refund request accepted, amount will be refunded through NEFT in certain period of refund time frame.

Onlinepassportassistant.Com is a non-government entity and is a private consultancy in nature and not associated or related in any way with the ministry of external affairs, passport seva project nor with any government website meant for application, issuance or renewal of passports for indian citizens.

We do not advertise, solicit nor invite any person to avail services from us. Prospective applicants for passport services suo moto visit our website for the consultancy and processing services. In addition, Passportsindiagov.com under any situation does not promise the service from any government agency which be kindly noted before utilizing our services.

We charge for our consultancy services only and do not charge or collect funds in the name of the government of India or any other related government agency including passport services. We apply on your behalf and help you with the processing stages and the moment you press the ‘I agree’ button on our website to accept the ‘terms of acceptance’, you authorize us to proceed on your behalf.

Refund Request

Refund request can be sent at Applicationspassport@gmail.com refund request can be made within 10 days of online application made.

Refund Time Frame

We will process your refund request within 15 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.

Cancellation of Application after Appointment Booked

Application fee paid to official portal of Rs.1500/- and service charge of Rs. 300/- will be get deducted in case of cancellation .

Force Majeure

Passportsindiagov.com shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
